About the event

This course is aimed at those working with historic collections and seeking a better understanding of traditional processes, being able to identify process types and supporting identification and analytical skills. The course will cover both theory and practice and attendees will be able to see for themselves traditional processes in action such as salt printing and wet - dry plate and tintypes. We will explore handling, indicators and care of historic materials.
